Type of Shop & New Stores
The mySupermarket neighbourhood just became bigger! You can now shop in more stores and in 3 different shopping areas. We have the largest variety of products and stores anywhere, to help you shop even more savvy
- mySupermarket Groceries is the same as before except that we have now added Waitrose, to complete the line-up of all the main online grocery retailers
- mySupermarket Health & Beauty. Completely NEW. This helps you shop smartly for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and much more, from the leading food retailers, PLUS we have added Boots and Superdrug.
- mySupermarket Wine. Get the best value on your wine shopping, with a wide selection of wine, spirits and beers.
More product filtering options
Finding your favourite products couldn't be easier, with our new smart filters. Instead of browsing through entire shelves, why not narrow it down a bit?
- Tick the "On Offer" box to see only products that are currently on offer.
- Use the Type filter to jump straight to a desired product category.
- With the Brand filter, you can focus on your favourite brands.
- The Lifestyle filter will help you see the options that fit your lifestyle preference, such as dietary, organic and more.
The Personal Shopping Companion bar
Enjoy the personal shopping companion bar - 6 handy features to help you get the most out of your shop. The features bar will always appear at the bottom of the page so be sure to keep checking it so that you don't miss any potential savings or anything else that requires your attention.
- Saving Centre - Remember to check out the pink piggy at the bottom right of the page to ensure you see all those chances to save and how much you saved so far.
- Shopping is a breeze with QuickShop - just type your shopping list in the notepad and fire away. We'll show you the relevant products for each item in your list all in one place. Don't bother to sort your list into categories. We will sort it for you.
- Booking a delivery couldn't be simpler - click on the Delivery feature. Find your preferred slot and book it with one click
- Save even more by using vouchers. You'll find an up-to-date list of the best vouchers available among all the stores in the Vouchers feature.
- Messages is your own personal message center. This is where you'll receive important saving tips and other helpful information. Keep an eye out for new messages -as they are sure to help you save even more
Split Shopping basket
Save even more by splitting your basket across 2 stores - allowing you to order each product from the store where it's cheapest.
When you checkout from a store, we'll show you where you could save by splitting your basket, and across which stores.
You can then select how you'd like to split the order. Once you fill in your account details at both stores, you'll be able to send your baskets to these stores.
Shopping Lists
Using lists makes your shopping quicker and more efficient. Add products to your Wish List, and prepare separate lists for your weekly shops and special occasions, or use them to make sure you don't forget anything in future shops.
Last orders
From now on, you will be able to start your shopping from your last shop. Simply go to the "My Shop" menu, the first one on the left hand side, select "my Orders", click on any previous order link, and you will see all the products from that specific shop. You will then be able to change quantities, and add and remove products.
Ratings and Reviews
Now you can see what other customers think about the products you're interested in, and have the opportunity to post your own feedback, and help your fellow shopper make the right decisions. Don't keep it to yourself!
Registration to online stores
Shopping for the first time at an online store? No worries - we'll handle the entire registration process, from start to finish! So feel free to browse and checkout from any store. We'll ask you for any details required to complete your shop. We will not use or share your details for any other purpose but sending your basket to your desired store.
Better product search
The chances that you'll find exactly what you want are increased now, with our new product search. Like all the good search engines, if you type in a product into our search bar it will provide predictions of what you are looking for.
Helpful product symbols
Look for the handy symbols next to certain products to make your shopping even quicker. These symbols show you:
- Bestseller: one of the bestselling products
- New: New products
- Top Offer: Best offers that we feel give you the best value
New ways to save
You can now make your saving choices based on price per unit or quality of the products, using one of the new ways to save:
- Buy More & Save - we suggest to you where you can buy more quantity of the same product, or a similar product, with saving on the price per unit.
- Trade Down & Save - we suggest to you where you can switch to another brand of the same product and save money.
- Trade Up - we suggest to you where, for just a few extra pence, you can switch to a better quality brand of the same product
